Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
Answer, Screen transfer calls to appropriate employees
Greet visitors and clients
General clerical duties ie: photocopy, fax, mailing
Maintain Electronic and hard copy filing system
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel for managers and supervisors
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
Record Meeting minutes
Open sort and distribute incoming correspondences
Maintain office supply inventories
Maintain office equipment

Requirements
1year  +  related experience in an office environment: real estate related industry experience preferred
Recent college graduates with office experience encouraged to apply
Strong computer literacy
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to answer multi phone lines
Experience with social media a plus
A service oriented mindset, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service​
